Bij Kozikids willen wij dat u tevreden bent met uw aankoop. Mocht het product niet aan uw verwachtingen voldoen, dan kunt u het eenvoudigweg retourneren.
Herroepingsrecht
U heeft het recht om uw bestelling tot 14 dagen na ontvangst zonder opgave van reden te annuleren. Na annulering heeft u herhaaldelijk 14 dagen tijd om het product retour te sturen. Het aankoopbedrag (inclusief de verzendkosten van de heenzending) wordt teruggestort.

De retourzending is voor eigen rekening. Afhankelijk van het merk en het type product gelden minimale retourkosten per artikel bij retourzendingen binnen de EU:

Producten dienen ongebruikt, onbeschadigd en indien mogelijk in de originele verpakking retour te worden verzonden.

Producten die gebruikssporen vertonen of niet meer verkoopbaar zijn, kunnen niet volledig worden vergoed.

Gepersonaliseerde of speciaal op maat gemaakte producten zijn kleiner van defect.
Retourprocedure

Meld uw retour aan via info@kozikids.nl met vermelding van uw ordernummer en het artikel dat u wilt retourneren.

U ontvangt van ons de retourinstructies en het retouradres.

Verpak het artikel zorgvuldig en stuur het retour.

Na ontvangst en controle wordt het aankoopbedrag binnen 7 werkdagen teruggestort via dezelfde betaalmethode.
